Registry Unit

The objectives of the registry unit are stated below;

  • Centre of Administrative Documentations
  • Receiving of all in-coming mails of the assembly
  • Handling of assembly’s records and documents
  • Dispatches all out-going corresponding’s of the assemblies
  • Marriage registration and Certifications
  • Registration of local business in the district
  • Handling of correspondence among other MMDA’s, Co-ordinating councils and Ministries.
  • Handling and storage of personnel files, departments and unit’s files
  • Retrieving of letters
  • Classification of Files
