The first staff durbar for the year 2022 came off on the 15th of March. In attendance were the staff members from the functional departments of the Assembly, the District Coordinating Director, Dr. John Agbemenu Nunya and the Hon. District Chief Executive, Hon. Willyevans Obiri Awuah.
The fruitful deliberations focused on matters of concern to both staffs and management such as the protocols of the Local Government Service, punctuality and staff welfare. The DCE was particularly interested to let staff members appreciate their responsibilities in the execution of the performance contract signed between the District Chief Executive and the District Coordinating Director.
Staff members equally expressed their view on matters relating to the conditions of their employment and on matters germane to the increment of productivity.
