B.E.C.E Examination Monitoring in the District

The 2021 BECE  exams started on Monday 15th of November with 1,133 boys and 1,467 girls which totals 2,600 candidates in the District writing the exams.

The District Chief Executive (DCE) Hon. Willyevens Obiri Awuah together with the District Co-ordinating Director (DCD) Dr. John A. Nunya, Education Director Justina Appau, National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) Officer Ellen Osei, Information Service Officer Thomas Adu-Gyamfi and the District IT officer Bernard Arthur visited the various examination centers to monitor and interact with the candidates before the exams begun.

The DCE wished the candidates well in their exams and also urged them to be discipline, comport themselves and stay away from teenage pregnancies, illegal and immoral activities even after school. The teachers were very much appreciated the visit and the words of encouragement from the DCE and his team.
