The monthly management meeting was held at the conference hall of the District Works Department on the 10th of October 2022.
The monthly activity brought together Heads of Departments and Units and Decentralized Departments of the District Assembly as well as Heads of Decentralized Public Sector Institutions within the AAK District.
The agenda for the meeting is as indicated below.
1. Briefing on Records Management Unit
2. Inputs into the 2023 Draft Annual Action Plan
3. Update on the Regional and District Expo 2022 held (by DPO)
4. Establishment of the Administrative Unit of the Central Administration Department
In attendance at the meeting too was the DCE Hon. Willyevans Obiri Awuah and the DCD Dr. John A. Nunya and all the heads of departments and units of the assembly.
