Mr. Ernest Brew Paintsil, Development Planning Officer indicated that the purpose of the program was to educate and inform Nanamon, Government Officials and the Indigenes of the community about some of the Developmental Projects the Government has undertaken and also about the Area Councils.
In attendance at the meeting was the District Coordinating Director, Hon. MP, Hon. DCE, Nananom, and the various heads of Departments and Units in the assembly and the people of Asebu community.
The MP Hon. Elvis Morris Donkor used the opportunity to highlights some of the developmental projects and activities done and some still been done in the district. He urged Nananom and the people of asebu communty that he is committed to do more for the community and even the district as a whole. The Hon. MP made mention that he needs their prayers and support to help him do more for the community and the district. Hon. MP indicated some few projects undertaken in the districts to the people of Asebu;
- School Feeding for the two (2) government schools in Asebu.
- 3-unit classroom block for Ohiaba.
- Pipe extensions in Asebu.
- Contributions to the Construction of the Durbar Grounds.
- The on-going Road Construction.
- Agbenu and Biribiasu Road Linkage.
- The on-going drainage system at Asebu
- Moree Landing site.
- Moree Bentir Drainages
- Moree 20-seater Toilet Facility
- Expansion of the Moree Health Center
- Brafoyaw Clinic Facility etc.
