On the 17th of April 2026, a representative from the presidency came to the district to undertake a training activity on the Monitor.gov platform which is newly created to track government projects and initiatives with live updates, ensuring every citizen stays informed about national development.
The DCE Hon. Daniel Mensah Wardy, The District Coordinating Director Madam Tawakalitu Raji, District planning officer Ernest Brew-Paintsil together with his assistants Amos Oduro Agyemang and Samuel Awotwe, The District Works Engineer Alhassan Saaka, The MIS officer Bernard Arthur and the Assistant Director Daniel Tetteh were the participants of the training at the DCE office.
The role of the officers involved in the training was to upload and updates all projects executed within the district including reports and the planning officer is the one in charge of coordinating and monitoring to make sure all the inputs are done onto the platform.
