The clean-up exercise that was organized in the Abakrampa community within the district was done on Wednesday the 30th of January, 2026 and the exercise started on 6:40am and ended at 9:50am.
Participants of the exercise swept the streets and lanes, desilted the choked gutters and weeded areas where necessary and also had the support from Zoomlion Ghana Limited to dispose off all the waste from the exercise.
The District Chief Executive, Hon. Daniel Mensah Wardy and the District Co-ordinating Director, Madam Tawakalitu Raji took turns to address of the primary school kids and the Abakrampa SHS students and some community members present that took part in the exercise.
