The Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) in collaboration with Global Partnerships for Sustainable Development Data (GPSDD) has developed a roadmap with the need to collate data to fill data gaps, strengthen the data ecosystem and improve data usage at all levels of development. As a result, the GSS organised a training workshop for district officers on administrative data collection in order to strengthen administrative data systems, enhance local level policy and programme formulation, decision making and for the purpose of tracking progress over time.
